At hawkeye I serve as Creative Lead for several of their interactive and integrated accounts including BASF, Capital One, Lockheed Martin, AMF and Gatorade. I work directly with other discipline leads from UX and Technology to provide our clients with complete solutions from ideation to delivery. Also, I direct several internal workflow efforts to make our groups more effective such as: consistent use of version control tools, mobile and email best practices and social POV documentation. I have lead the adoption of innovative ways to approach new business that go beyond simple RFP responses and serve as an active member on several new business efforts.

2005 – 2006
Served as the lead creative for the Dallas office of this Tulsa, OK based company. The parent company focused on motion graphics and video production for several cable networks including The Outdoor Network and ESPN. Interactive needs of the clients were served by our Dallas-based group. While at Winnercomm I worked with Devine racing to lead the design and front end development effort for a video based interactive training application. This application targeted aspiring marathon runners incorporating video of actual races and guided by Rod Dixon, long time holder of the New York Marathon record.

While at Slingshot i served as the Flash and multimedia lead for the entire client list including Jack Daniels, Cadbury-Schweppes brands (Dr. Pepper, Hawaiian Punch, 7up) helping them establish Flash design and development standards across the agency.

Ackerman McQueen – Irving, TX
2002-2004
As Senior Art Director at Ackerman I split my time between traditional Art Direction efforts on clients such as Leapfrog and Six Flags and Flash application development. While there, I helped the NRA by developing their first Flash-based radio show internet delivery system, working on every aspect from the encoders at the studio all the way to the end user's client. The show aired daily and the site took care of all delivery and archiving of the shows with a minimum amount of effort from the studio staff. The show is still operational to this day.

Stick Networks – Dallas, TX
2001
Senior developer for Flash-based applications on Stick's proprietary mobile device OS. Assisted Stick in normalizing the front end application structure for their prototype mobile device. This device competed with, and eventually lost to the T-Mobile Sidekick developed by Danger, inc.

I was the technical front end development lead for several rich internet applications based in Flash including the balthaser:fx site building application. Responsible for overall user interface and front-end codebase as well as all client server communication. The balthaser:fx site building application received 5 out of 5 stars and editor's choice from PC Magazine.

I was the design lead for the FordVehicles.com website including several sub-brands such as Ford Outfitters and Ford Heritage. Contributed to the direction of all aspects of the site from photography to copywriting. Responsibilities included overall design direction of the site, Leading the Flash and Rich Internet Module effort, agency technical vendor contact and direction for photography and design assets used in all vehicle sites. I also directed a small team of creatives on the overall FordVehicles.com project.
